What is

Independence Trust is a countywide drug and alcohol agency offering information, advice and support to individuals, families and communities who are concerned about alcohol or drug use (illegal or prescribed). There are lots of ways to contact Independence Trust. You can get in touch with us by telephone, by letter, by email, or just by calling in, and you won’t have to wait for most of our services. We have offices around the county, and we also work in local communities, including surgeries.

You don’t have to be drug or alcohol free when you come to Independence Trust, we work with people at any stage of their substance use, and we don’t expect anyone to make a commitment to changes they don’t feel ready to make.
