Independence Trust supports individuals, families and communities with concerns about mental health, alcohol or drugs.
We provide advice, support and information in a safe and confidential environment. Support can include referral to specialist services and also help with general health, housing or work. You may like to read more about the full range of our work using the menu above.

We know how tough it can be to decide to seek help, so we try to make it as simple as possible.
